Document accessibility is not a new skill for me. I’ve been working to make Word documents and PDFs accessible since 2021. However, because government regulations are pushing forward requirements to make all material accessible, I have also stepped up to increase my skills. I joined IAAP to keep up-to-date with regulations so that I can serve my clients well.
